Artsakh to declare national mourning on Aznavour’s funeral day

Artsakh will declare Charles Aznavour’s funeral day as a national day of mourning,  This was stated by Press Secretary of Artsakh President David Babayan.

 

The funeral ceremony will take place on 5 October in the Parisian memorial for disabled, located in the commune of Mouriès in southern France.

On October 1, at the age of 94, the world-famous Armenian chansonnier, the national hero of Armenia, Charles Aznavour, died.
