“As a result of research conducted at the Medical University, numerous illegal actions carried out by the former Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan were identified,” the “Zhamanak” newspaper writes.
It turned out that, according to Ashotyan’s order, every month salaries were paid to university professors who did not work at all, but their names were on the list.
It turned out that the Rector of the University Mikael Narimanyan ordered one of the professors, who defended his doctoral dissertation, to give part of his dissertation to Ashotyan.
When he tried to complain about this, he was dismissed from the university.
In total, there are dozens of teachers who have become victims of the arbitrariness of Ashotyan.
